Our Mock Sash windows are designed to resemble the old style vertical sliding sash windows and when in the closed postion, they look almost identical to sliding sash windows, but are substantially cheaper.

The Mock Sash windows have a top hung opening sash and a fixed bottom sash, and both sashes have scallops on them identical to the sliding sash windows.

Victorian Mock Sash Windows, have a single verticle bar running down the centre of the top and bottom sashes.
