Installation Overview
The Poltava installs in 6 straightforward steps:
- Screw top plates to the top of the door (centred at 540mm spacing, edge of plate flush with door edge nearest wall)
- Mount the top runner assembly — insert through lateral adjusting slots and secure with washer and nut
- Fix the track level to the wall at door height + 56mm, track centre in line with edge of opening
- Lift door onto track and adjust height for 5mm floor clearance using Nut A; adjust wall clearance to 5–15mm
- Position end stops so door is 20mm short of fully open to maintain continuous engagement with the bottom guide
- Fix the bottom guide flush with the jamb; adjust guide shoes each side to allow minimum side movement
