What is the difference between the 35mm mortice lock option and the euro cylinder cut-out option?
The 35mm backset mortice lock option includes a complete 304 stainless steel mortice lock body ready to install. The euro cylinder cut-out option prepares the lockset to accept a standard euro profile cylinder (85mm), which you source separately. This is suitable if you want to use a specific cylinder brand or keying system.

Does this smart lockset come with a remote?
No. A remote is not included. The lockset is operated via fingerprint, PIN, RFID, Bluetooth, voice command or mechanical key. An optional smart remote is available separately from the Smart Remote product page.
Does it come with RFID tags?
Yes. 2 RFID tags are included. Additional tags can be programmed up to a maximum of 200 users.
Do I need WiFi to use this lockset?
No. The lockset operates via fingerprint, PIN, RFID, Bluetooth, voice command and mechanical key without WiFi. WiFi remote access requires an optional gateway, sold separately.
What happens if the battery dies?
The lockset has a USB emergency power port. Connect a power bank to temporarily power the unit and gain entry. A mechanical key backup is also included for emergencies.
