Hi Romano, it is disappointing to see a 3-star rating for a product based on transit issues rather than the quality of the door itself.
This review is the first we have heard of any damage; we received no report or communication from you following the delivery on March 24th. Most importantly, these doors were signed for on the official Proof of Delivery as being received in good condition.
When damage is not noted on the waybill at the time of delivery, and then not reported to us for over two weeks, it is impossible for us to verify how or when it occurred. We take great pride in our workmanship, and it is unfortunate that a courier-related issue has been used to rate the manufacturing quality of the door.
