No — this door is supplied without glass. The vertical cutout is designed to accept a glass insert of your choice. Matching timber glazing beads are included for a secure, professional finish once your glazier fits the glass. This allows you to select your preferred glass type — clear, frosted, tinted, or safety glass — to suit your privacy and light requirements.
What Finish Should I Apply to a Meranti Exterior Door?
Meranti exterior doors must be sealed, stained, or painted before installation. All faces, edges, and the glass rebate should be coated with a quality exterior wood primer and finish system. A minimum of two finish coats over a primer is recommended. Do not install the door unfinished — prolonged exposure to moisture will cause swelling, warping, and paint adhesion failure. Re-coat all exposed surfaces every 2–3 years depending on sun and rain exposure.
