4 Everdeck® Walnut Ultra Fluted is a premium co-extruded composite cladding board with a decorative fluted (ribbed) profile and a realistic wood-grain outer skin. Wider and thicker than the standard T&G range, it is ideal for feature wall cladding, privacy screens, and decorative facades — indoors and outdoors — with zero maintenance and a 20-year guarantee.
No clips are required for installation, making it one of the fastest composite cladding systems to install.
Unlike standard composite cladding, the 4 Everdeck® Ultra range uses a co-extrusion process that wraps the composite core in a solid polymer cap on all four sides. This cap provides superior protection against moisture, UV fading, staining, and surface scratching — which is why the Ultra range carries a 20-year guarantee. The colour is integral to the cap layer, not a surface coating, so it will not peel, flake, or fade over time.
Each board is 219mm wide. You will need 4.8 linear metres of cladding per square metre of wall area. To calculate your order quantity, measure the total wall area in m² and multiply by 4.8 to get the total linear metres required. We recommend adding 10% for waste and cuts.
What is the difference between fluted and tongue-and-groove composite cladding?
Fluted cladding has a decorative ribbed profile on the face of the board, creating a bold, textured aesthetic. Tongue-and-groove (T&G) cladding has a flat face with an interlocking edge profile. Fluted boards are wider (219mm vs 156mm) and require fewer boards per m² (4.8 lm vs 7.4 lm), and no clips are needed for installation.
What is the difference between co-extruded and standard composite cladding?
Co-extruded composite wraps the core in a solid polymer cap on all four sides, providing significantly better resistance to moisture, UV fading, staining, and scratching. This is why the Ultra co-extruded range carries a 20-year guarantee.
Can this cladding be used indoors?
Yes. The Fluted Ultra range is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, including feature walls, screens, and decorative facades.
Are clips required for installation?
No. The Fluted Ultra cladding does not require clips, making installation faster and simpler than clip-based systems.
What maintenance is required?
None. The co-extruded composite is impervious to staining and retains its colour and finish without painting, sealing, or treatment. An occasional rinse with water is sufficient.
What colours are available?
Walnut is one of four colours in the Ultra Fluted range. Also available in Maple, Ash Grey, and Redwood — all available on our website.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 1–2 days. This product is usually in stock and available for prompt dispatch.
